5 things you can do to take care of yourself this SPRING
Make sure you get enough sleep
So you know we went back an hour right? Make sure you are getting enough sleep to replace that an hour we ain’t getting back until next year.
Sign up for fitness class
We know that we don’t do much moving around in the winter and that’s cool, but before you get asked to go on a 20 mile tour around Cedar Point; go ahead and get ya moves in at Zumba, yoga, pole dancing etc.
Take a mental health day or two…
We all know we can work ourselves to death, literally. Your mind is important, crucial to your success. Spring is going to bring new ideas and you need a clear space and a refreshed outlook on what to come. Schedule some time off work to just relax and unwind.
YOU NEED WATER FAM!
I can’t emphasize this enough, you need to drink water. And not just in the spring, all the time. That’s it.
